Hi, I'm Tyler Bains, the owner of PaintLaunch. We started as Waveflow Marketing in 2021 and rebranded to PaintLaunch in 2023. Our journey began with Shaan, a local painter who needed more work but couldn't afford advertising. I decided to help by running ads for him, using my own money and time, and only getting paid based on the results. Today, we proudly work with 95 painting companies, from large franchises to new businesses run by their founders.

Jennifer is our Head of Partnerships based in Oakville, Ontario. She joined PaintLaunch as Tyler's right hand, spending over a year deep in the day-to-day operations of the business. During that time, she started building partnerships and closing sales on her own initiative, making the move into a dedicated sales role a natural fit. Before PaintLaunch, she built and ran her own personal training business from the ground up. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time outdoors hiking, and going on boat rides.

Sophia is a Client Success Manager based in Nanaimo, BC. Before that, she ran her own painting franchise for two years as a university student and worked as the Community Engagement Coordinator for Vancouver Island University Athletics & Recreation. In her free time, she’s either reading a book, exploring the outdoors with her dog, or spending time with friends.

Sergio is a Client Success Manager based in London, Ontario. With over half a decade in the home service industry and client success, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to keep clients winning. In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym, boxing, playing soccer, and attending concerts and sporting events. He's also a diehard Montreal Canadiens fan.

Myles is a Media Buyer based in Victoria, BC. Before moving into media buying, he managed a small painting company, gaining hands-on experience in the trade and the day-to-day of running a business. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, running, watching UFC, and spending time with friends and family.

Ethan is a Media Buyer based in Moncton, New Brunswick. Before that, he gained valuable experience working on advertising for home cleaning services and window manufacturing. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends & family and traveling whenever he can.

Hannah Botelho is our Operations Coordinator at PaintLaunch. She plays a crucial role in keeping everything running smoothly, from launching client ad accounts to handling customer support. Hannah's attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that our clients receive top-notch service, making her an invaluable member of our team.

Hazur runs Local SEO at PaintLaunch from Nanaimo, B.C. He trained directly under Tyler to master our Local SEO systems. He builds and tunes GBP profiles, citations, reviews, and on-page so painters get more calls. Outside work he is a family guy who plays guitar, lifts, and enjoys the West Coast he grew up on.
